Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CapitalDesk, Inc., doing business as ParagonMCA ("ParagonMCA," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information through paragonmca.com and the early-access request process. ParagonMCA is currently pre-launch; this policy will be updated as the product platform is released.

Information we collect

When you submit the early-access request form, we collect: first and last name, business email address, company or brokerage name, role or title (optional), and, if you choose to provide it, a mobile phone number. If you check the SMS consent box, we also record the date and time of your consent and the exact consent language displayed to you at that time.

We do not use cookies, pixels, advertising tags, or any analytics or tracking technology on this site, and we do not collect IP addresses, device or browser information, or browsing activity for tracking, profiling, or advertising purposes. Our hosting provider may retain standard server request logs for security and reliability. We collect only the information you type into the early-access request form. If this changes as the platform launches, we will update this policy before any additional collection begins.

How we use information

We use this information to: maintain our early-access list and contact you by email as onboarding opens; send account and authentication text messages if you have opted in; respond to inquiries sent to our support address; operate and secure this site; and comply with our legal, carrier, and recordkeeping obligations.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in on the early-access request form, we send account and authentication text messages — one-time passcodes, login verification, and security alerts — to the mobile number you provide. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using any ParagonMCA service. Message frequency varies; typically fewer than 10 messages per month, sent only in response to your own login or account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact support@paragonmca.com. Because no messages are sent at the time consent is collected, we ask you to confirm your mobile number and re-affirm consent inside the product at account activation before any message is sent.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate this site and deliver our messages — our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Twilio, which transmits our text messages — each acting on our instructions and under obligations to protect the information, and as required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention and security

We retain early-access records, and any SMS consent record associated with them, for as long as needed to operate the early-access program, comply with legal and carrier requirements, and resolve disputes. If you opt out of text messages, we retain a record of that opt-out indefinitely so that your number is not messaged again. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of the optional email updates at any time by contacting support@paragonmca.com. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the same address.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use by brokerage professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ParagonMCA moves from pre-launch to general availability. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
