Messaging on ParagonMCA

Messaging on ParagonMCA is consent-based and first-party. Each brokerage on the platform is registered as its own sender under its own legal entity and website, and may message only merchants who have affirmatively applied to that brokerage and consented directly to it. The platform does not support cold outreach, purchased or third-party lead lists, or promotional messaging about financing offers, and does not permit debt relief, consolidation, or credit repair content. Consent capture, opt-out suppression, and per-brokerage sender registration are built into the product, and accounts that violate our Messaging Acceptable Use Policy are suspended.

How senders are registered

ParagonMCA does not message merchants on any brokerage's behalf. Each brokerage using messaging is registered with The Campaign Registry as its own brand, under its own legal entity, tax identification number, business website, privacy policy, and terms of service, with its own campaign describing its own use case and opt-in process. ParagonMCA provisions and maintains those registrations as a software provider; the brokerage is the sender of record for every message it originates.

How consent is enforced

A mobile number cannot be messaged through ParagonMCA until a consent record exists for it — recording the source of consent, the date and time, and the exact disclosure language the recipient was shown. Importing contacts or documents does not create consent, and imported numbers are not messageable. Opt-outs are honored immediately and suppressed across every brand and number on the platform, permanently.

What the platform does not permit

Cold outreach, purchased or third-party lead lists, affiliate or third-party lead generation, promotional messaging about financing offers or terms, and debt relief, debt consolidation, debt settlement, or credit repair content are prohibited on the platform regardless of consent. Program status

ParagonMCA is pre-launch. Messaging capabilities are provisioned to brokerages as they are onboarded, and no brokerage messaging is active today.
